What does the research say?
There is a gap in the research regarding eating disorders, disordered eating, and the changes in our relationship with food as Latines and Latine immigrants.
Many factors can impact our relationship with food: access to food, hunger cues, societal expectations, stress, mental and physical health, culture, financial stability, and so much more.
Research is not always accessible to everyone, so I want to share these articles and what I learn as I dive into my own dissertation process.
